When I contacted S&J, I received a quote and a date for pickup. I only had to wait 2 days, which was great. Communication was good as they let me know they were running a bit late. The 2 men who came to my home were friendly and thorough, even picking up small scraps on the ground. I will definitely refer them to my friends and use them again. Thank you S&J for helping us out!
